Both children and adults with a significant hearing loss, who receive limited benefit from hearing aids, We are able to see you in person but also offer video conferencing and telephone appointments for some of our services. This enables us to help people that live far away. We are able to provide appointments at short notice and provide comprehensive appointments. Our standard clinics are on Friday afternoons and alternative Saturday mornings so that those working don’t need to take time off work.
There is a free car park for patient use at the hospital.

Getting to the hospital
By car From M11 Junction 14: At junction 14, signposted ‘A14 (e) Newmarket and A10 Ely’. Leave the A14 at the B1049 junction, signposted Cambridge, Histon and Cottenham. Follow local directions below.
From Huntingdon: Take the A14 eastbound to Newmarket, Harwich and Felixstowe. Leave the A14 at the B1049 junction, signposted ‘Cambridge, Histon and Cottenham’. Follow local directions below.
Local directions: Follow the B1049 towards Histon and Cottenham. Proceed through the traffic lights, past the Holiday Inn on your right, and over the bridge. Immediately after the next set of traffic lights (pedestrian crossing), turn right into New Road, following the sign for ‘Hospital, Village College and Milton’. The hospital is after the turn, on the right.
By train: Trains run approximately every half hour from London King’s Cross or Liverpool Street stations to Cambridge or Cambridge North Train stations. Taxis are available at the station and take about 15 minutes to reach the hospital.
