The idea for ASC started after Rachel and Eldre both worked together on a Saturday audiology clinic for the NHS. They had a discussion about their shared vision for a comprehensive private Audiology service. Over a period of 7 years they had always worked well together and were very like-minded in their approach, always trying to help each patient as well as they possibly could.

Rachel and Eldre realised that there are patients who for many different reasons, decide to opt for private Audiology care and they felt that those patients should receive the best service possible. It can be difficult in the private sector to access Audiologists who have the expertise in complex hearing loss and tinnitus. With the experience they have, they realised they were ideally placed to start such a service. Despite all the other work commitments, they started planning and changing this idea into a reality.

Rachel and Eldre describe themselves as a ‘dream team’ as they complement each other and work so well together. As the practice has grown, they have been pleased to extend the dream team with Aly and Victoria joining them, both offering the same level of experience and specialist knowledge. They are proud of the service and strive to keep doing the very best they can for their patients.
